Data used by the dashboard

The Google connection reads Google Ads account and campaign identifiers, names, statuses, budgets, spending, clicks, impressions, product performance and purchase conversion totals. It also reads Google Analytics reports about traffic, product engagement and purchases.

The dashboard combines these reports with order and payment records from its separately connected store and Whop services.

Purpose and campaign changes

Google data is used to show performance reports and provide campaign controls. Authorized dashboard operators can review and confirm campaign pause, resume and average daily budget changes.

Google API data is not sold or used to train generalized AI or machine learning models. Its use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and access

Google credentials are kept in private server settings. Reports, source responses and operation records are stored in a private database. Vercel hosts the protected dashboard, Supabase provides database storage, and Cloudflare hosts these public information pages. Access to dashboard data and campaign controls is restricted to authorized dashboard operators.

Retention, revocation and deletion requests

Saved reports, source responses and operation history are retained for reconciliation and review. Disconnecting Google access stops future API access; saved history is retained until separately removed. Existing Google Ads campaigns keep their current settings when access is revoked.

You can revoke access in your Google Account permissions. Contact mikhail@hitmeup.fun to request disconnection or removal of stored Google data.
